Pre-orders typically have an estimated timeframe of 4–12 weeks. Your order may be dispatched at any time during the stated arrival month.
We do our best to meet all estimated timelines; however, occasional manufacturing or shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. Refunds are not available for these delays.
Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot provide individual order updates. Please check your inbox and spam folder for general pre-order updates.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A PRE-ORDER ITEM AND YOU WOULD LIKE ANY IN-STOCK ITEMS SOONER, PLEASE PLACE THEM IN A SEPARATE ORDER. ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL NOT BE SPLIT-SHIPPED.

Cold gentle machine wash.
Wash separately before first use.
Do not bleach.
Line dry in shade or tumble dry on low.
Warm iron if required.
